The choice of this mountain for the next hike was purely accidental. I wanted to go somewhere nearby and the whole trip supposed to take place in the late afternoon to avoid the hot sun. The route to Roaldkvamsnuten was marked on the map, which I received in Ølen, in a local handicraft store, where they offered also various types of travel guides and brochures.
